RFID card and key is something you have , username and password is something you know . Is that multifactor instead ?

I thought it was A as well until I read the description. The admin isn't using all three authentications to gain access to ONE thing, rather he used each to gain access to three different things. RFID to enter the datacenter (single)... Key to open the server rack (single)... Username and password to logon to server (single)... so all of these are examples of single factor authentication. This is meant to trick you. It definitely got me lol
